5. APPROVAL/CLOSING

Once we have approval, we will then move onto closing.  I will be with you every step of the way.

I carefully review all documents to make sure everything is complete and in order, proactively identifying any potential items that need clarification.

4. MEETING

In person or over Zoom, we meet to walk through your pre-approval where I explain all the details, mortgage options, and strategic next steps.
